The Escondido Street Festival returns to Historic Grand Avenue in Downtown Escondido on Sunday, May 16, 2027. Presented by the Escondido Downtown Business Association together with City Gates Events, the spring tradition has drawn crowds to Grand Avenue between Escondido Boulevard and Ivy Street for nearly three decades.
The festival lines the historic downtown corridor with hundreds of vendor booths selling handcrafted gifts, imports, and international cuisine, alongside professional live music on multiple stages, a beer and wine garden, and the popular “Art in the Garden” display in the Heritage Garden area.
This spring event is distinct from the Escondido Grand Avenue Festival, a longtime fall tradition also held on Grand Avenue each October.
