The Indigenous Artisan Market takes place Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 10am to 3pm at the San Diego Archaeological Center in Escondido.
The free, family-friendly community event celebrates the creativity, craftsmanship, and living traditions of Indigenous artists, with a marketplace of handmade artwork, jewelry, textiles, pottery, carvings, and other cultural crafts offered directly by Indigenous artisans from across the region. Visitors can meet the makers, learn about the stories behind their work, and explore the Center’s museum while they’re there.
