The Día de los Muertos Festival is happening on November 1st, 2017, Wednesday from 6pm to 9pm.
Each year, guests are invited to create altars to remember and honor their loved ones in a special area outside of the Center’s museum; the event also features live music, traditional Mexican fare, sugar skull decorating, and more. Come and celebrate el Día de los Muertos with art, ballet folklórico and more!
The Festival returns again this year, and it is going to be better than ever. As always, attendees will be able to create altars to remember lost loved ones in a special area created by artist Eloy Tarcisio. For the children, we will have face painting, arts & crafts, and more. Food and handmade goods will be available for purchase. This year’s festival includes a live performance in the Concert Hall by Selena Tribute Band Como la Flor.
The festival begins at 6:00 PM. Altar space will not be available until 6:00 pm, but early arrival is strongly recommended.
