The Adams Avenue Spirit Stroll returns on Saturday, November 28, 2026, during Small Business Saturday weekend. Guests walk Adams Avenue from University Heights through Normal Heights and into Kensington, sampling holiday-themed cocktails and sweet treats at independently owned retail shops along the route.
Local bartenders from neighborhood bars and restaurants create the drinks served at each stop, and the event is limited to a small number of tickets that typically sell out each year. Attendees must be 21 or older with a valid photo ID.
A will-call ticket booth opens at 1 pm at Smitty’s Auto (3441 Adams Ave). Bring your receipt and/or a photo ID to claim your ticket; tickets are not emailed. Ticket sales for 2026 are listed as opening in November. In recent years the stroll has run from about 2 to 5 pm; check the organizer’s page for the final hours and pricing.
