New to the site: the D6 Fall Festival returns to the Verne Goodwin Mira Mesa Senior Center on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Presented by the D6 Night Market Team and the Alliance for Quality Education, with support from the Mira Mesa Senior Center and the City of San Diego Parks and Recreation Department, this free, family-friendly autumn celebration is a Mira Mesa community tradition now in its fourth year.
Activities include food trucks serving seasonal favorites, local vendors, hands-on pumpkin decorating, and games and music throughout the day. A bounce house and trick-or-treating start at 5:00 PM, a costume contest follows at 6:30 PM, and the evening wraps up with a Movie in the Park screening of Casper at 7:00 PM.
