The Port of San Diego Game Day 5K Run/Walk, also known as the Holiday Bowl 5K, takes place on Monday, December 28, 2026, starting at 7:45 a.m. on the downtown waterfront near Harbor Drive and Ash Street. The flat course is a morning kickoff to Holiday Bowl Parade day.
Participants receive a finisher medal and a long-sleeve technical shirt, and the post-race celebration with music and refreshments is held near Tuna Harbor Park. The event welcomes adults 16 and older as well as youth ages 2–15.
Paid registration is required; prices increase after December 7, 2026. Race-day registration and bib pickup run from 6 to 7:30 a.m. in front of the Wyndham San Diego Bayside, 1355 N. Harbor Drive.
