Solana Beach’s Holiday Tree Lighting returns to La Colonia Park on Sunday, December 13, 2026, from 5 to 7pm.
Presented by the City of Solana Beach and the La Colonia Community Foundation, the neighborhood celebration features sweets, treats, and Mexican hot cocoa. The Mayor and City Council flip the switch to light the tree, and Santa and his elves arrive at about 5:20pm so kids can share their holiday wish lists.
