New to the site: San Diego Zine Fest returns to The WOO in Barrio Logan on Saturday and Sunday, October 17-18, 2026, from 12pm to 6pm each day.
The free, all-ages, wheelchair-accessible festival brings together over 100 regional and international independent publishers presenting zines, mini-comics, risograph prints, and other self-published work. Exhibitor tables are set up indoors within the gallery halls, while the festival spills outside with live music, food vendors, and outdoor seating. Coffee and food vendors on-site offer vegan, vegetarian, and non-vegetarian options, and exhibitor check-in and setup take place each morning before doors open.
Exhibitor applications for 2026 were selected by lottery from submissions received July 1-20. The event has run in San Diego for over a decade as one of the city’s key gatherings for independent zine makers, small press publishers, and the broader DIY arts community.
