New to the site: the 2nd Annual Taste of City Heights takes place Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 2pm to 5pm along University Avenue in City Heights.
This culinary walking tour celebrates City Heights’ rich variety of Asian, Mexican, and African cuisines. Ticket holders visit more than a dozen local eateries along University Avenue, presenting their ticket at each stop for a signature bite-sized appetizer, and can hit the restaurants in any order. All tastings conclude by 5pm.
The event is organized by the City Heights Community Development Corporation, which champions local businesses and community life in the neighborhood.
