New to the site: Taste of Encinitas returns Tuesday, August 25, 2026 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm, transforming downtown Encinitas along S. Coast Highway 101 into a self-guided culinary stroll. Hosted by the Encinitas 101 MainStreet Association for over 30 years, the event is billed as its biggest yet for 2026.
Ticket holders sample food and drink from 25+ local restaurants and visit 34+ “Sip Stops” hosted by shops and salons along the route, offering local wine and craft beer to guests 21 and older, plus non-alcoholic options throughout town. Live music plays at several venues along the way.
Tickets are $60, tend to sell out in advance, and must be picked up in person the day of the event at the Encinitas 101 MainStreet office (818 S. Coast Hwy 101) starting at 9am. There are no refunds.
