BOO! By The Bay Halloween Carnival takes over Naval Training Center Park at Liberty Station (2455 Cushing Road) on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 11am to 5pm.
Produced by Viridian Productions, the family-friendly Halloween carnival features live entertainment, seasonal food and beverages, a vendor marketplace, carnival games, and a costume contest with prizes. The event was previously held on the lawn at Ski Beach Park in Mission Bay before moving to NTC Park for 2026.
